And because these have been hand spliced (the way we create the loop on the end), they retain up to 90% or more of their strength compared to tying knots in ropes which can reduce a ropes strength by up to 60%! That equates to 675KG of weight these can hold, whereas tying knots in it would mean it potentially it can only hold 300KG. Still good, but not enough in my opinion.
